iBrokerOS is an AI-native, agent-first platform for independent P&C and Life & Health insurance agencies. It automates lead capture, cross-sell and dead-lead reactivation, book-health analytics, and annual-review prep — with every AI-drafted action staged for a human to approve before it sends. Built for independent producers and small agencies of one to five producers.
Deliberately not a Salesforce build, and that's the point. iBrokerOS is a full custom product on a modern stack — Next.js on Vercel, Supabase/Postgres with row-level security, the Anthropic Claude API for the agentic layer, and Stripe for billing. It runs standalone and integrates with a CRM over API.
Feature-complete and validated in pre-production (UAT); first production go-live July 2026. Outcome metrics to follow the first customer cohort.
Problem. Service teams lacked efficient Salesforce tools for complex Aftercare programs, case-record sharing, and bulk operations — manual steps and inconsistent file handling slowed work and risked errors in sensitive case data.
Solution. A suite of custom Lightning components and platform config: an Aftercare Care Plan intake UI, configurable Apex/sharing rules for sensitive records, a ContentVersion file component with versioning, and a bulk Mass-Add component.
Scope. Modernized the VA's home-loan oversight systems on the Salesforce Platform for case management and workflow automation — a cloud PaaS/SaaS build.
The solution is MISMO-compliant, moving the VBA to standardized mortgage-industry reporting and data-exchange formats.
Problem. Tracking hundreds of samples and displays across customer types was inefficient for field reps, and data converging in Salesforce from different constituencies made integrity hard to maintain.
Solution. A mobile-friendly custom Lightning app to browse the product catalogue and add, remove, or edit samples on-site — plus scheduled batch logic that de-dupes and merges erroneous records across specified Account record types.
Problem. Ops teams were overwhelmed by fragmented, duplicate alerts from multiple monitoring tools; manual triage and poor asset linkage slowed response and jeopardized SLAs.
Solution. A Lightning Experience solution: Apex callouts via Named Credentials normalize and enrich alerts; batch + Flow logic de-dupes and correlates device issues into site-level events; cases auto-triage by severity/SLA under parent "Event Cases"; and an LWC operator dashboard (heatmaps, filters, quick actions) with mobile support.
Problem. A large legal-services organization needed Salesforce to sync matters, clients, contacts, and business data with its financial and practice-management platform; manual updates across disconnected systems caused inefficiency and data-consistency risk.
Solution. An enterprise integration framework: Apex Service/Selector/Domain/Batch architecture, OAuth-secured APIs, Custom Metadata field mapping, watermark-based incremental sync, and centralized monitoring, error handling, and audit logging — with reusable components for future integrations.
Problem. Operations teams coordinated referrals manually across providers, scheduling systems, and care-management staff; limited status visibility created delays and administrative effort.
Solution. A bidirectional Salesforce integration platform: secure APIs to third-party healthcare systems, webhook-based real-time referral updates, idempotent processing to prevent duplicates, configurable referral-lifecycle automation, and a comprehensive logging/monitoring framework.
Problem. Corporate legal departments needed an efficient way to review, validate, and approve outside-counsel invoices while enforcing billing guidelines, budget controls, and compliance requirements.
Solution. Salesforce-based legal-spend processes: automated invoice validation, multi-stage approval routing, business rules for rate validation, timekeeper verification, and budget thresholds, matter-based routing logic, and repeatable compliance reviews — backed by testing frameworks and user documentation.
